GMAT Canada Test Dates
Testing dates vary by location, but you can use the Test Locator tool to identify which locations and days work best for you. Some centers offer weekend tests, while others are only available during weekdays. To avoid stress come exam day, we recommend scouting out your GMAT test location beforehand.
If there are no locations near you, or you prefer to take the exam from the comfort of your home, then the GMAT online option may be the way to go! Note that the cost is slightly higher for the exam and other associated fees.
GMAT Costs in Canada
Once you’ve found a day that works for you, you’ll need to pay a registration fee of $275 USD to take it in person at a testing center or $300 USD to take it online.
If it any point you discover that you need to reschedule, make sure to do it ASAP! As long as you reschedule more than 60 days out from your original date, you’ll only need to pay $55 USD (in-person testing) or $60 USD (online testing). Attempting to reschedule 15-60 days away from the test will cost an additional $55 USD ($110 total) for in-person and $120 total for online, and rescheduling within two weeks of the test costs $165 USD for in-person and $185 USD for online. You can’t reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
Likewise, if you need to cancel your GMAT registration, make sure you do so as early as possible! Cancelling more than 60 days out will net you a $110 USD refund for in-person testing and $120 for online (not much, but it’s better than nothing!). In the 15-60 day cancellation range, you’ll get $80 USD back for in-person and $90 for online. Then, 14 days or less before the test, you get a refund of $55 USD for in-person and $60 for online. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled test date.
Sending GMAT Scores
Within 48 hours of receiving your official score report from mba.com, you will be able to send five free score reports to five institutions anywhere in the world—Canada, the U.S., or elsewhere. You no longer need to do this on or before test day! Each report includes detailed information about your performance in each section and overall.
You can use MBA.com’s Program Locator to find eligible institutions. If you need to request any additional score reports or the 48 hours have passed, expect to pay $35 USD for each report.
