Desiree serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. That's a mouthful, but essentially she's working to make Magoosh a place where diverse perspectives and experiences are present, included, and valued in every decision that's made; so that we can make a product that makes our students feel valued, seen, and prepares them for success. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and has worked in the higher education and tech industries, with a focus on equity and inclusion. She's lived in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and on the West coast of the US; and is notoriously bad with directions but always finds her way to a good restaurant and a TJMaxx.
