Iris is passionate about ensuring Magooshers feel supported and happy in their roles by providing access to great benefits, perks, and comp, and fostering an environment where they can be their whole selves. Iris grew up in Wisconsin and is a proud Badger alum with a BA in English Literature. Prior to Magoosh, Iris spent most of her career leading talent teams within the traditional and charter public school settings in both the Bay Area and the East Coast. Outside of work, she loves to travel (currently focused on exploring this gorgeous Pacific coast!), read every issue of the New Yorker cover-to-cover, and snuggle her rescue puppy (Ollie).
