Business English is an especially useful form of English to learn. In can help you on the TOEFL, since it\u2019s not uncommon for TOEFL passages and audio tracks to focus on business. It can also help you in life\u2014 more and more employers want you to have good business English skills so you can talk to colleagues from other countries.<\/p>\n

Today, we\u2019re going to look at four very common phrasal verbs from the workplace: \u201cgo on,\u201d \u201ccarry out,\u201d \u201cset up,\u201d and \u201cpoint out.\u201d As you probably know, phrasal verbs can be a little tricky. They follow special grammar rules, and they have a different meaning than their \u201croot verb.\u201d<\/p>\n
