Diferencias entre las Tareas de Speaking Integradas e Independientes en el TOEFL<\/h2>\n

Como sucede con la Secci\u00f3n de Writing TOEFL<\/a>, la secci\u00f3n TOEFL speaking<\/em> consta de dos tipos de pregunta: \u201cindependientes\u201d e \u201cintegradas\u201d. En cuanto a los temas, hay una divisi\u00f3n clara entre los dos tipos: las preguntas integradas TOEFL son acerca de temas acad\u00e9micos, mientras que las independientes son acerca de temas personales, opiniones e ideas.
\nLos temas \u201cintegrados\u201d se llaman as\u00ed por una raz\u00f3n: en ellos se integra el reading<\/em> y\/o el listening<\/em> con el speaking<\/em>. Esto tambi\u00e9n significa que la variedad de temas de speaking<\/em> es tan amplia como aquellas para listening<\/em> y para reading<\/em>; y contestarlas bien depende de la habilidad para encontrar las ideas m\u00e1s importantes en un texto o una conferencia. Por otro lado, las tareas independientes tienen que ver con tu facilidad para hablar, y no en la forma en que procesas la informaci\u00f3n. Esto significa comunicarte claramente.<\/p>\n

Tema de TOEFL Speaking 1: Selecciona uno de entre muchos<\/h2>\n

El tema de la primera tarea de speaking<\/em> ser\u00e1 algo f\u00e1cil de relacionar. Ser\u00e1 sobre un t\u00f3pico general al que responder\u00e1s de manera personal. Por ejemplo, se te preguntar\u00e1 sobre tu m\u00fasica favorita. O sobre alg\u00fan miembro de tu familia, un hobby, o alg\u00fan logro. Aqu\u00ed hay una lista de preguntas tipo TOEFL<\/a> que sirve de referencia. Si comenzaste a estudiar ingl\u00e9s en la edad adulta, te ser\u00e1n familiares estas preguntas. Son similares a las que aparecen en libros de ingl\u00e9s para nivel principiante, porque se basan casi completamente en el presente simple (ej. \u201cMe gusta el futbol\u201d) o el pasado simple (ej. \u201cYo jugu\u00e9 futbol\u201d). Para contestar bien estas preguntas es importante seleccionar un tema r\u00e1pidamente. Si se te pregunta a qu\u00e9 persona admiras, habla sobre la primera persona que te venga a la mente, e inmediatamente piense el por qu\u00e9 <\/em>admiras a esa persona.<\/p>\n

Tema de TOEFL Speaking 2: Selecciona una Preferencia de entre dos Opciones<\/h2>\n

Este pie de tema de speaking<\/em> ser\u00e1 muy similar a muchos pies de ensayo TOEFL. Se te pedir\u00e1 seleccionar de entre dos opciones y despu\u00e9s respaldar dicha elecci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

EJEMPLO: Some people prefer work that allows them move around outdoors. Others feel it is more pleasant to work in an office. Which do you prefer, and why?<\/em><\/p>\n

(Si vas a presentar el GRE, este ensayo<\/a> probablemente ser\u00e1 sobre educaci\u00f3n, entonces puede ayudar tambi\u00e9n a prepararte).<\/p>\n

Prepar\u00e1ndote para el Speaking<\/h2>\n

Hay una gran variedad de temas de speaking<\/em> entre las dos tareas del TOEFL. Si tambi\u00e9n consideras las tareas integradas, acad\u00e9micas, el rango es enorme<\/em>.
