To be fair to Subash, “practise” is acceptable in British English. And British English is acceptable in TOEFL Writing and Speaking. Subash dies misspell TOEFL though– man that test name is easy to mistype! 🙂

Hello dear Magoosh team! My question is: can I use my notes that would left from Reading and Listening section after the break on the Speaking and Writing section?

For example, if I’ll finish the reading section rather fast and would like to write some phrases from your Speaking template phrases PDF for 1 and 2 independent tasks, that I would learn previously.

I think if I would write them down and look at them while answering it would help me to concentrate on the question, and not on remembering templates.

Thank you in advance, your site is probably the best source to prepare for TOEFL!

      Hi Mihail,

There is no reason according to TOEFL guidelines that this would not be okay. 🙂

      Hi Darshan,

What you should do to improve TOEFL Listening depends on the specific challenges you face in that section. Whatever it is, this blog probably has a post for you. See our list of TOEFL Listening articles. We also have tons of information about the iBT exam throughout this blog. That being said, if you have any questions about TOEFL Listening that haven’t yet been answered on the blog, feel free to ask those questions here in the comments.
