TOEFL Speaking Practice Questions With Answers [PDF]

Hey Magooshers! Many students find the Speaking section to be the hardest part of the TOEFL. For this reason, TOEFL speaking practice is vital! Careful preparation can help you overcome the challenges this section presents. That’s why it’s important to practice as much as possible. Practicing will also help you feel less nervous on the day of your exam.

As you work on your TOEFL speaking practice, you may find that you don’t have much time to come up with and structure your responses, and you really have to think quickly! It can be easy to be caught off-guard at the official exam if you haven’t prepared enough, or prepared with the wrong materials.

The right practice materials for TOEFL speaking will have at least two different tasks: one Independent and one Integrated. Look for clear and thorough explanations of what ideal answers contain so that you can keep pushing your score even higher.

And with that in mind, we created a PDF with speaking practice and answers.

In this PDF, you will find:

  • Task 1 – Independent: question and answer
  • Task 3 – Integrated: passage, conversation, question and answer
  • Detailed explanations of each answer

To be fair to Subash, “practise” is acceptable in British English. And British English is acceptable in TOEFL Writing and Speaking. Subash dies misspell TOEFL though– man that test name is easy to mistype! 🙂

Hello dear Magoosh team! My question is: can I use my notes that would left from Reading and Listening section after the break on the Speaking and Writing section?

For example, if I’ll finish the reading section rather fast and would like to write some phrases from your Speaking template phrases PDF for 1 and 2 independent tasks, that I would learn previously.

I think if I would write them down and look at them while answering it would help me to concentrate on the question, and not on remembering templates.

Thank you in advance, your site is probably the best source to prepare for TOEFL!

      Hi Mihail,

There is no reason according to TOEFL guidelines that this would not be okay. 🙂
