Here are the some of the top things that you should have in your <a href=\"https:\/\/magoosh.com\/praxis\/an-overview-of-substitute-teaching-requirements\/\">substitute teacher<\/a> bag to get you through the day.<\/p>\n<h2>Behavior Management Supplies<\/h2>\n<p>Without their regular teacher in the room, students have a tendency to act out. As such, substitute teachers need to be prepared. If you have a hard time <a href=\"https:\/\/magoosh.com\/praxis\/15-tips-remember-students-names\/\">remembering students\u2019 names<\/a>, bring nametags for them to wear or cards to keep on their desks. Have stickers, stamps, or other rewards to hand out.
