Can you do that? How do you do that? If you are here wondering, \u201chow do I cancel my Praxis registration?\u201d I have good news and bad news for you.<\/p>\n<h2>The Good News<\/h2>\n<p>If I want to cancel my Praxis registration, all I need to do is get in touch with ETS. There are two ways I can do that. I can either log on to my Praxis account online and cancel my test there, or I can call ETS at 1-800-772-9476.<\/p>\n<p>If you simply want to <strong>change a test <\/strong>(i.e., to a new location or date), you can do that the same way for a $40 charge. This may be your best option if you still want to take the test, just at a different place or time.  Make sure to do this at least three full days (not including test day) before the day of your test. So, for example, the deadline to make changes to a Saturday test appointment is Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. <\/p>\n<h2>\nThe Bad News<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to cancel (not change) your Praxis registration, there are a few things to know. First, you have to cancel your test at least three full days (not including test day) before your test was scheduled. Second, you won\u2019t get all your money back. Assuming you call before the three-day deadline, ETS will give you a 50% refund of your fees. Well, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ets.org\/praxis\/register\/changes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in their words<\/a>, \u201cyou may be eligible for a refund of 50 percent of your test fees.\u201d You can read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ets.org\/praxis\/about\/fees\/refund_policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the full refund policy<\/a> on the ETS website.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you are wondering, \u201ccan I cancel my Praxis registration?\u201d the answer is yes! You can also simply change your test if you still want to take the Praxis test, but would like to take it at a different time, place, or on a different day. The bad news is that ETS is going to take some of your money for any of these options.
