However, something has come up, and you need to travel. Whether it\u2019s a much-needed vacation, family emergency, or business meeting, it\u2019s important to stick to your studies. Try these ways to prep for the Praxis while traveling to ensure that you don\u2019t miss a beat with your studying.<\/p>\n<h2>Schedule Study Time<\/h2>\n<p>Make a study goal to meet while you\u2019re traveling. Then, make a new <a href=\"https:\/\/magoosh.com\/praxis\/praxis-core-one-month-study-plan\/\">study plan<\/a> that will help you achieve that goal. Start by reviewing your travel itinerary. Look for available times for studying. You may need to wake up a little earlier or stay up a little later than usual to fit it in. If you\u2019re planning on driving with others or taking public transportation, consider studying while you travel, too.<\/p>\n<h2>Bring Your Study Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget to pack all of the materials that you\u2019ll need to study. There are lots of great apps available. Take some time before you leave to ensure that it covers the material that you plan to review.<\/p>\n<h2>Take Care of Yourself<\/h2>\n<p>When traveling, a lot of people eat out more often. Instead of eating nutritious home-cooked meals, they turn to fast food and other junk foods. Don\u2019t fall into this trap! You need to take care of yourself in order to stay mentally focused on your studies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/nutrition\/travel-healthy-eating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Choose healthy meals.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Get plenty of rest.<\/li>\n<li>Drink plenty of water.<\/li>\n<li>Plan for 30 minutes of exercise each day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Doing these things will help you feel better and study more efficiently. Plan ahead, and do what you need to do to ensure that you can take good care of yourself while you\u2019re traveling.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than using your time away as a break from studying, use the time to keep the content fresh in your mind and cover the material you need to cover.
