Today we will learn about advanced trigonometry formulas. Check out this video and the transcript below. And remember to take a look at all of our free math videos! Transcript: Advanced Trigonometry Formulas Now we can talk about some advanced trigonometry formulas. In this video, I will discuss a few advanced formulas from trigonometry. As […]

## Trigonometry: Inverse Trig Functions

As a follow up to our last video, we now turn to learning about inverse trig functions. Watch the video, and if you need extra review, read the transcript of the video posted below. Transcript: Inverse Trig Functions Inverse trig functions. All the trig functions have an input that is an angle and they give […]

## Trigonometry: Trigonometric Functions

As we move along in our study of math, it’s now time to discuss trigonometric functions. Check out our free video on the subject!

We’ll continue our lessons on Trigonometry by looking at degrees and radians. What are they? How can we use them? Watch our video to learn this, and more!

## Trigonometry: Intro to the Unit Circle – II

Most people don’t know how to use the trig unit circle formula. We discuss this, and many other useful math ideas in our video. Clike here!

## Trigonometry: Intro to the Unit Circle – I

Look out! We’re diving into a more expansive view of trig by taking a look at the unit circle. Transcript: Intro to the Unit Circle 1 This is where trigonometry really gets interesting. So, first I’ll say that one of the far ranging patterns in mathematics, this is big picture. Is that once mathematicians had […]

## Trigonometry: Fundamental Trig Identities

What are the fundamental trig identities that you need to know? In our next video on trigonometry, we discuss this, and more. Click here to check it out!

## Trigonometry: SOHCAHTOA and Special Triangles

In our last trigonometry video, we discussed SOHCAHTOA. Now we move on to a discussion of SOHCAHTOA and special triangles. Transcript: SOHCAHTOA and Special Triangles Now that we’ve introduced SOHCAHTOA, we can talk about the very important topic of SOHCAHTOA and special triangles. So this lesson will assume, first of all, that you’re familiar with […]

## Trigonometry: Intro to SOHCAHTOA

Do you have any idea what the mnemonic sohcahtoa means in trigonometry? In the first of our trig videos, we explore this odd word, and its use in math.

## Coordinate Geometry: Rotations on the Coordinate Plane

This is our last video in the coordinate geometry series. Here, we will explore rotations on the coordinate plane. Transcript: Rotations on the Coordinate Plane In the previous video, I talked about reflections in the x-y (coordinate) plane. Sometimes the test also asks about rotations on the coordinate plane. In these cases, the center of […]
