AP US History exam responses are scored both by computer and actual people. Consequently, results are not immediate. But don’t worry – AP US History scores do have a fairly quick turnaround! The timeline for scores is short – roughly three months for the entire exam-to-score process.<\/p>\n

How to access AP US History Scores<\/h2>\n

If you haven\u2019t done so already, sign up for a College Board AP account<\/a>. Use this account to view, download and print all your AP scores (not just US History) from exams taken during the 2016-17 school year. You can also explore additional AP information<\/a>, such as FAQs, college credit policies and more.<\/p>\n

Understanding AP US History scores<\/h2>\n

Exams are scored on a 5-point scale. AP US History scores ranking \u201cqualified\u201d or above indicate satisfactory skill level in the subject of AP US History. A score of 3 or above is usually sufficient for college credit and placement. More competitive colleges may require a higher score to receive college credit.
