Don’t panic … these things have a way of sneaking up on you. In case it slipped your mind, the next ACT is on October 24, 2015 – exactly one month from today.
What if you forgot to register?
It’s fine. If you have to take the October ACT, you have until October 2nd to register. Learn how and where to register in this post.
Late registration costs an additional $25 on top of the $56.50 fee to take the ACT with Writing test. It’s a bummer, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
If you can wait another couple months to take the ACT, the next test will be held on December 21, 2015. The registration deadline is November 6th – do it now before you forget!
Go to the ACT website for more information on registering for the ACT.
How you can prepare for the ACT in 1 month
Okay, my procrastinating friends. Whether or not you’ve taken the ACT before, you need to familiarize yourself with the format of the test, learn some section-specific strategies, write some practice essays, and take a full-length practice test. You also really need a study schedule to keep you on track.
I highly recommend signing up for Magoosh’s 1 Month ACT subscription. It’s only $49 — a great deal, especially for last-minute studying. In addition to our online prep, here are some free resources to help you step up your game:
