Time to Register for the February 6th ACT!

If you need to take the next ACT, don’t forget to register this week!

The deadline to register for the February 6th ACT is this Friday, January 8th.

(You can still register for the ACT through January 15, 2016, but you’ll have to pay a late fee.)

How to Register for the ACT

Most students prefer to register for the ACT through their online form. It’s easy and pretty quick (much quicker than registering through the mail…)

If you don’t already have an account with ACT.org, head to this page to sign up for one. Make sure you use login information that you can remember! You’ll need it to print your admission ticket and (ultimately) check your scores.

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to choose your test date and test center. Make sure to select the test center that’s closest to your home!

Taking the ACT currently costs $39.50 (without Writing) or $56.50 (with Writing) in the United States. However, if you’re registering late, you’ll have to pay an extra $25.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation. Keep it in a safe place! You’ll need to bring your admission ticket on test day.

When Is the Next ACT?

After the February 6th exam, the next ACT will be offered on April 9, 2016. The registration deadline for the December exam is March 4, 2016.
