GMAT Tuesdays with Kevin: Sentence Correction — “to lie” vs. “to lay”

Hello! 🙂

This week, another Magoosher right here at the office is asking a very important question: what is the difference between “to lie” and “to lay”? If you’re aiming for a high 700+ score on the GMAT, you’ll need to be able to answer this question and distinguish between these two tricky verbs.

As always, leave any comments or questions you have for me below, and I’ll be happy to help! 🙂

I love your videos Kevin. You come across as passionate, albeit a little – ok very – quirky. I also like your line at the end, “be excellent to the universe.”

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks John! It’s great to hear that you like the videos. 😀

Hopefully, the quirkiness keeps it interesting and exciting and doesn’t detract from the learning. 😀

      Happy Studying!

This is indeed very tricky :|. I need to make sure I go through Mike’s blog post on this topic as well to fully understand it. As always, nice video :).
